He is additionally admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern and Western District of Virginia and the Fourth Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals.

Mr. Bender is a member of the Richmond Criminal Bar, Henrico County Bar Association, Chesterfield County Bar Association, Virginia Association of Criminal Lawyers and the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.

David C. Reinhardt

David Reinhardt practices criminal law, civil litigation and personal injury law at the Bender Law Group, serving clients in Richmond and throughout the Commonwealth of Virginia.

Prior to Joining Bender Law Group, Mr. Reinhardt served as an Assistant Public Defender in the Lynchburg Public Defender’s Office.
